Our Founders
The founders of the company have a wealth of experience in the technology industry, but also have a wealth of experience in the dog grooming industry. They understand the challenges candidates and recruiters face and have identified a gap in the market that delivers a solution to help raise the standards and deliver the benefits the groomers and salons so very much deserve.
Connor
CTO
Connor has worked as a developer for 8 years and also holds roles at AniMap and PetBookr, two other companies within the pet industry.
David
CEO
David owns 4 dog grooming salons across Staffordshire and has worked in technology within the hospitality industry for over 20 years.
Our Platform
We enable salons to post their roles and candidates to upload their profiles, and then our Artificial Intelligence technology delivers a "matching service" where we bring together experience and expertise to the roles that are advertised.
We aim to help advise salon owners into what they need to be doing to remain competitive and attractive to candidates, whilst offering candidates an insight into the jobs available and the working environments they may be matched to.
