When am I charged for posting a job?
Saving a job as a draft is free. You are only charged when you choose to publish the listing and complete secure payment. You will see the price again on a summary step before you are sent to checkout.
What do I need before I can post a job?
Employers must complete their business profile (company details, address, hiring contact, and the other sections on your dashboard). After that, you can create job drafts and publish when you are ready to go live and pay.
How long does a published job listing stay live?
After payment, your listing is reviewed before it goes live. Once published, it typically runs for six weeks from that publication date. After that it expires and is no longer shown as an active role; you can post a new listing when you are hiring again.
How does matching work?
We compare job requirements with candidate profiles using factors such as location, pay, employment type, experience, qualifications, capabilities, and availability. After your listing is reviewed and published, relevant candidates can surface as matches and receive match notifications so you can review them in one place.
What if I'm not actively job hunting?
You can still register and keep your profile in a more passive or open-to-opportunities state. That way you stay discoverable when a role is a strong fit, without committing to an active search.
Do you support table rental?
Yes. You can post or look for rent-a-table (self employed) arrangements as well as employed and freelance roles, so long as the employment type you choose matches how you work.
Is payment secure when I publish a listing?
Card payments are processed by Stripe on their hosted checkout. We do not store your full card details on our servers.
What data do you collect?
